


Ankur is a nation-builder at heart. GDi is his 3rd start-up. He brings over 20 years of professional experience to the firm. He has led many large scale transformational projects across the country in areas of education, agriculture, food distribution systems, public works, environment, government to citizen services, animal resources, amongst others. Some of these programmes are acclaimed at international and national forums. He is a firm believer in India’s growth story journey and aims to do his bit to make this country even more Greater. Before GDi, he co-founded Samagra Governance, a governance consulting firm which he led from 0 to over 100 team members spread across India. Prior to Samagra, Ankur led the health portfolio of Michael and Susan Dell Foundation (MSDF) in India. Ankur is a Chartered Accountant (C.A. Institute of Australia & New Zealand) and he completed his Master's degree in Commercial Law from University of Auckland. He returned to India with one mission and one vision – to rewrite the destinies of those in the developing world.

Ankit brings a decade long experience in social impact. At GDi, he leads design and implementation of programmes, along with organizational development. He has rich experience across domains, incl. rural livelihoods, air pollution, climate, education, agriculture and GovTech. Before GDi, Ankit has worked with leading social impact firms in India - CIFF, CSF and Samagra Governance. He took a plunge into the sector with the inaugural cohort of the Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associate (CMGGA) programme in Haryana. Earlier, Ankit was a business analyst with Rio Tinto, a global leader in mining industry. Ankit holds a B. Tech. from IIT Kharagpur.

Mohit brings over 22 years of experience in governance and the private sector consulting. He successfully led large scale governance programs with state and central governments, incl Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, NITI Aayog and UNICEF. He has worked across domain of education, skilling and economic empowerment. Mohit supported NITI Aayog in designing and implementing India's first Govt-led Pay for Results model in education. Prior to GDi, he has worked with Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, Samagra Governance, KPMG and IQVIA, mostly in consulting domain. Mohit completed his MBA and Bachelors in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of Delhi. The roller coaster ride of creating impact is what motivates Mohit!

Vaibhav comes with more than 18 years experience in the field of energy and environment. He works as a partner at GDi and as Director at Ashoka Center for People-centric Energy Transition. Vaibhav is a visiting Professor of Practice at IIT-Kanpur and had served on the board of Clean Air Fund in India. Vaibhav had previously worked as a Director at the Energy Policy Institute at the University of Chicago (EPIC) and as the National Energy Adviser to the Government of UK (in India) wherein he designed and delivered various low carbon growth programs for India. He had also worked with the PricewaterhouseCoopers as a senior management consultant, leading projects on renewable energy and energy efficiency. Vaibhav is an energy Auditor with a bachelor's in Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation. He holds an MBA (with hons.) in Power Management and is also an Executive Management Professional from Booth School of Business at UChicago, USA. Vaibhav holds multiple post graduate diplomas in areas of energy and sustainability, IPR, Cyber law, Financial Derivatives etc from premier institutes in India and abroad. He lives, breathes and dreams energy. His heart beats for green energy!

Adarsh is an Economics graduate from Ashoka University with a diverse set of experiences across the impact and finance sectors. He has explored domains ranging from agriculture to capital markets through internships and short-term projects. His past work includes consulting with an impact-focused team on agri-policy in Telangana, supporting a startup in the outcome-based funding space, and working with a finance firm to deepen his understanding of markets.

Aditya joins GDI with around 1.5 years of experience at JP Morgan, where he worked as an Analyst in their corporate and Investment banking division. His responsibilities included handling debt and derivative products across various sectors such as Banking, Multilaterals, Energy, Transportation, and FMCG, catering to Emerging Markets (Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Azerbaijan). Aditya holds an MBA from IIM Kozhikode and BFIA from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies. He is a co-founder of a social entrepreneurship project aimed at reducing the wage disparity prevalent in the unskilled construction sector. Additionally, he spearheaded Project Khidki, an Enactus SSCBS initiative, aimed at combating malnutrition in urban slums.

Akriti holds a B.Com (Hons) degree from NMIMS University, Mumbai. She spent two years as a Fellow with Teach For India, teaching in government schools across Mumbai and Delhi. During her time there, she led community-based projects, mentored student leaders, and worked to improve learning outcomes in foundational subjects. She also contributed to Knowledge Ki Udaan, a student newspaper initiative, curating educational content for over 10 schools. Her experiences have built a strong foundation in grassroots leadership, education, and community engagement.

Alisha joins GDi Partners after having worked in the policy space across organisations such as the Centre for Civil Society and in the offices of Members of Parliament. She aims to take this passion forward at GDi Partners, while also contributing towards long-term change that is inclusive and equitable. She is an Economics graduate from Lady Shri Ram College for Women. In college, she was the President of her Department and also worked closely with her college’s public speaking societies. Her passion for social impact has seen her work with various welfare projects within college as well as engage in research on developmental issues.

Amisha is an IIT Kanpur graduate in Mechanical Engineering with experience in machine learning, including its applications in financial markets. She has worked on battery thermal management systems as part of her undergraduate project and completed an internship in the Artificial Intelligence domain. Amisha enjoys analytical problem-solving and applying technical skills to practical challenges.

Ananjan has over 2 years of consulting experience in political strategy and governance, focusing on advancing equity, policy reform, and public welfare. Previously at I-PAC, they led transformative initiatives like ‘Sebaashray’ healthcare delivery program which impacted 12.3 lakh citizens, and ‘Trinamoole Nabo Jowar’ public outreach program engaging 3,000 villages. Ananjan holds a Master’s in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor’s from Shri Ram College of Commerce. They are also certified in Public Policy Analysis from LSE. At SRCC, Ananjan showcased leadership, serving in key roles for Youth Conference and as an advisory board member for Enactus SRCC, driving impactful social entrepreneurship initiatives.

Anjali holds a degree in B.A. (Hons.) Economics from University of Delhi. Post college, she joined Teach For India as a fellow, where she worked towards bridging the learning gap of students belonging to low income communities. One year into the fellowship, she co-founded Project Aarohan, an initiative to develop a one-stop-portal to help educators understand their classrooms’ academic and mental health data. While working on Aarohan, she assumed various cross-functional roles and led the formulation of various strategic initiatives.

Anjana has previously worked at 'The India Craft Project', a startup collaborating with artisans to create products and travel experiences, which sparked her interest in working with communities and generating scalable income avenues. She holds bachelor's degree in B.Com (Hons) from SRCC. She is passionate about the goal of working with the government for developing solutions that deliver meaningful, large-scale impact.

Anshul is a strategic leader with experience in consulting, financial due diligence, and entrepreneurship. At GDI Partners, he led impactful advisory projects in ed-tech and agriculture, driving large-scale government initiatives. He holds an MBA from IIM Kozhikode and a B.Com (Hons.) from Delhi University. Previously, he managed high-value transactions at EY and founded a startup with rapid revenue growth. Skilled in stakeholder collaboration and process optimization, he has been recognized with multiple awards for his contributions.

Arnav is a strategy consultant with over five years of experience in market development, financial modelling, and stakeholder management. Currently at GDi Partners, he drives impactful projects focused on financial inclusion and rural empowerment. Previously, he worked at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and P&A Associates, specializing in market-entry strategies and corporate advisory. He holds an MBA from IIM Kozhikode, a CFA Level 1 certification, and a BA.LLB from NLU Patiala. Passionate about creating sustainable change, he aims to leverage his strategic expertise to contribute to social impact initiatives.

Ashish joins GDi with a background in engineering and business, holding a B.Tech from VJTI Mumbai and an MBA from IIM Bangalore. He began his career at Tata Power Trading, where he led real-time operations and drove digital process innovations in India’s dynamic power sector. During his MBA, he interned with Pidilite, working on go-to-market strategy and distributor onboarding. He also undertook a live consulting project evaluating ONDC’s potential for small businesses. With experiences spanning operations, strategy, and market research, Ashish is now driven to channel these skills toward building people-centric, inclusive solutions at scale.

Ayushi is a semi qualified CA and has completed MBA in Finance from Symbiosis School of Open Learning. Prior to GDi she has worked for almost 2 years in travelkhana as an accounts executive.

Ayushi has over a decade of experience in graphic designing, video documentation & production and strategic dissemination. At GDi, Ayushi applies her skills to convey field stories and insights to a growing audience through audio-visual mediums. She has worked with multiple organizations in the social sector across various focus areas from education to health. Most recently, she worked with the Centre for Civil Society (CCS), Delhi wherein she was managing the overall audio & video production-including end-to-end management of post-production: recording, editing, and social media placements. A deep interest in understanding developmental challenges and their human impact encouraged her to keep pushing her boundaries within the social sector. She holds a Bachelor's in Multimedia and communications from Arunachal University, an Advanced Diploma in 3D Animation, and a Specialised Diploma Certificate in Video Editing. She has also attended training programs in Mobile Journalism and Video Production and Advocacy in Colombo and Delhi.

Bhavya has been with GDi for over an year now, working on cross-sectoral reforms in rural development, power and energy, finance, among others. Prior to GDi, Bhavya spent four years at ZS Associates, a leading analytics consulting firm, where she worked closely with Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies to design and implement strategies that improve the accessibility of healthcare solutions for patients and providers around the world. With a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Hons.) from Hansraj College, University of Delhi, Bhavya combines deep analytical expertise with a passion for creating sustainable, impactful change.

Bhumi holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. At SRCC, she led the Research and Editorial wing of the Computers and Mathematics Society and actively contributed to several social initiatives through NSS, Project Computer Literacy, MAD, and CRY. With a foundation in research and socials engagements, she brings a deep commitment to equity and inclusion. At GDi, she is driven by the opportunity to contribute to projects that drive positive change in communities.

Chetana brings over six years of experience in project management and consulting to GDi. She holds a B.Tech in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from COEP Pune and an MBA from IIM Bangalore. She began her career at the Engineering Research Center of Tata Motors, and post-MBA, worked at Ernst & Young in the Performance Improvement practice on a variety of projects with global clients. Her passion for creating social impact inspired her transition to GDi, where she now works on large-scale government and development sector projects.

Divij Singh is a well-rounded individual with a strong foundation in both academics and athletics. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce. During his time there, he demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, serving as the Sports Secretary of the college and captaining the football team. His athletic prowess extended beyond the college level, as he also competed in the prestigious Santosh Trophy Senior Men's National Football Tournament. Professionally, Divij gained valuable experience through an internship at Michael Page, a prominent UK-based recruitment consulting firm.

Gauri brings two years of experience in the social sector, driven by a passion for a positive social change, a commitment to solving real-world problems, and engaging with people on ground. After completing her Bachelor's in Economics and Political Science from the University of Delhi, Gauri worked with Teach For India, where she supported over 80 first-generation learners in Delhi and initiated Aarambh, a vocational training project. Her time with Enactus further fueled her dedication to empowering women through Project Parivartan, ensuring their financial stability and equal participation in decision-making.

Goutam is a graduate from NIT Warangal, with a major in Civil Engineering and a minor in Management. With a strong interest in consulting, problem-solving, analytics, and social impact, he consistently sought opportunities beyond the classroom. He served as the President of BClub, the campus business club, where he led multiple initiatives to promote business thinking and student upskilling, while also managing administrative compliance within the university. As a founding member of the 180 Degrees Consulting NITW chapter, he played a pivotal role in designing onboarding processes and managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring smooth coordination between consultants, clients, and the core team.

Gulshan pursued B.Com (Honours) from SRCC, DU. Concurrently, she is earning a BSc in Data Science from IIT Madras. During her college years, Gulshan was the founding member of the Viksit Bharat Chapter. She also went on to represent her college in athletics at the University level. Recently, she was selected to represent Delhi in the National Federation Cup and finished in the top 8 in the country. She interned as a Data Analyst at Reliance Foundation, assisting in analytics for their 2024 Olympics vision, and was also a Data Science Intern at Sciera Inc. for a US Telecom giant.

Himansha brings a unique mix of analytical expertise and creative vision. An alumna of IIM Kozhikode and Punjab Engineering College, she holds a background in Electronics & Communication Engineering, complemented by hands-on experience in product strategy and digital marketing. Himansha is a passionate storyteller and aspiring filmmaker, recognized for her involvement in dramatics and scriptwriting. Driven by a deep commitment to public service and impact, she believes that even touching a single life is meaningful—an ethos that guides her work at GDi.

Himanshu holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies. During his college years, he led the NSS unit and organized community initiatives such as blood donation camps, cleanliness drives, and tree plantation efforts. In his internships, as a Venture Fellow at Green Artha, he contributed to supporting investments in transformational climate technologies by working at the intersection of finance and climate innovation. He also served as a Growth & Strategy Intern at Hammer Lifestyle, where he helped in developing the go-to-market strategy for the company’s expansion into Brazil.

Kanika holds a Bachelors of Commerce (Hons) degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. At GDi, she works on diverse projects such as strengthening digital infrastructure and generating livelihood for SHG woman. Kheizer is a social entrepreneur passionate about solving complex problems through empathy and innovation. His journey began in his family business, where he first cultivated a spirit of ownership and resilience. In 2015, he launched a student-focused notebook venture, followed by Project Khidki in 2017, a social enterprise that tackled child malnutrition in Delhi’s slums, impacting over 72,000 lives.Kheizer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Investment Analysis from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, University of Delhi. Madhunika previously worked at PRS Legislative Research, where she was responsible for tracking macroeconomic & industrial policy developments, and analysing legislation and budgets. She holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from NMIMS, Mumbai and a Master’s in Economics from Columbia University, New York.

Manjeet brings 6+ years of experience across digital transformation, product management, and governance consulting. Previously at EY, he drove multiple projects across conversational AI, customer support augmentation, and marketing automation for SaaS clients. He began his career as a software engineer, managing agile teams and automation efforts. Manjeet holds an MBA from IIM Kozhikode and a B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication from MAIT, Delhi. He combines a strong tech foundation with a passion for social impact.

Mrigank is a graduate of Delhi Technological University (DTU), where he actively engaged in multiple student-led initiatives and the Millennium Fellowship by the United Nations Academic Impact. He has interned in consulting domain at Grant Thornton and Frost and Sullivan. Mrigank has also worked closely with founders in startups focused on interior design and space transformation. Naman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, where his leadership at HRDC and commitment to social initiatives laid the foundation for his impact-driven journey. Navya is a graduate from Ashoka University with an advanced major in Economics and a minor in Psychology. Her interest in the intersection of economics and development policy culminated in a year-long thesis on the impact of Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao on female labour force participation, a topic she hopes to explore further. She has interned with organisations such as Pratham Education Foundation, Grant Thornton’s Public Sector Consulting division, and J-PAL South Asia, gaining hands-on experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder/donor reporting - experiences that have deepened her understanding of the impact sector and strengthened her commitment to driving evidence-based change.

Ninad is a consultant with about five years of experience at Zensar, a global technology consulting firm, and IDeaS, a product-based company. He has worked on multiple projects across Europe and North America in product development, IT delivery, presales, and solutions. Ninad holds an MBA from FMS Delhi, where he gained exposure to various business domains and won several case competitions. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune.

Parth is a BITS Pilani graduate who loves engaging in strategy and leadership conversations. He has worked across multiple startups in diverse domains, gaining hands-on experience in product, growth, and operations. With a love for math and a cross-functional approach to problem-solving, Parth thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving impactful initiatives.

Prabhav has worked in diverse sectors from air quality to employment at GDi and believes that smart thinkers and agile firms like GDi have a critical role to play in solving complex governance challenges by leveraging data, technology, and strategic stakeholder alignment. He holds a degree in Political Science, complemented by coursework in Media Studies, Entrepreneurship, and Economics from Ashoka University. Throughout his academic journey, Prabhav pursued internships across diverse sectors, including startups and the social impact space, building a strong foundation in both policy and innovation.

Pragya holds a Master’s in Public Policy from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. She has experience as a research consultant at The YP Foundation, focusing on adolescent health policy for SYAN, a WHO-supported network. Her background includes policy analysis and stakeholder engagement, applying evidence-based methods to support informed social development.

Pranav's drive to impact lives at scale through smart problem-solving and stakeholder management is evident from his UG thesis on improving ward efficiency in the public healthcare sector. A mechanical engineer turned MBA graduate from XLRI, he has gained valuable experience as a project manager at Dell Technologies. Here, he led cross-functional teams and worked closely with clients, driving end-to-end product deployment projects. He has also gained exposure in marketing and product operations through hands-on internships and live projects in Britannia and Cardekho, broadening his perspective on problem-solving.

Prasuk completed his graduation in Bachelor of Financial Investment Analysis from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies. During his undergraduate years, he was actively involved in venture capital, finance, and social impact space. He has provided advisory services to various social impact startups during his internship with a startup accelerator. Moreover, he has also been involved in several strategy and financial impact projects in sectors such as education, healthcare, and waste management, partnering with startups from countries such as Nigeria, the Philippines, and Malaysia.

Preeti joins GDi with almost two years of experience in graphic design. At GDi, she helps design all social media artwork and collaterals for programs. In her previous organization, she worked on various projects along with branding, social media creatives, and logos. She holds a Master’s Degree In History from Indira Gandhi National Open University. She loves to doodle and create and wants her designs and her art to have an impact on the social sector, which she believes is an extremely human space that can do with a little creativity!

Priyanka brings 6 years of experience across strategy, project management, and large-scale business transformation. Previously at EY and ITC, she has delivered initiatives in market expansion, operational excellence, and digital transformation across India, South Asia and Middle East markets. Priyanka holds an MBA from KJSIM, Mumbai, and has led cross-functional teams, working closely with Fortune 500 clients on complex consulting engagements. Her work spans designing growth strategies, driving operational turnarounds, and managing end-to-end program execution. She combines strategic insight with hands-on leadership to create measurable, sustainable business impact in diverse and challenging environments.

Rafiya has completed her Bachelor's from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi and pursued the Young India Fellowship at Ashoka University. During her time in college, she was part of different societies that catered to social change, like Enactus KMC, The Aarambh, etc. She has also volunteered at NGOs teaching students and mentoring them about transitioning from school to college. Rafiya's passion for social change and working for the underserved is reflective of the organisations that she has contributed to, like the World Wide Fund for Nature, Nation First Policy Research Centre, etc. She also holds a keen acumen for research and has worked on different projects researching on the intersection of religion, politics, identity and marginalisation.

Rajnish holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi, where she was actively engaged in the Debating Society, Quiz Club, and the Finance & Investment Cell. She has prior internship experience at The Social Footprint, a CSR consulting start-up, where she contributed multiple extensive reports and articles to the organisation's knowledge repository, as well as Dabur India Ltd., where she worked on marketing strategy and product research. Rajnish is deeply passionate about climate change, socioeconomic equality, and advocating for disability-friendly policy frameworks.

Rashi joins GDi with a blend of grassroots understanding and hands-on experience in strategy design, project management & stakeholder engagement across diverse initiatives. She previously worked as a Teach For India Fellow, improving learning outcomes in low-income government school and leading 'Noor' - an initiative to strengthen agency and autonomy among mothers in the community. She also designed nationwide outreach campaigns and developed volunteer leadership models to strengthen grassroots networks at UNDP India. A B.Com (Hons.) graduate from the University of Delhi, Rashi led several social-entrepreneurship projects with street magicians, cobblers, and goat herders to create sustainable livelihood opportunities. She is passionate about building systems that combine business efficiency with developmental impact for lasting change.

Rhythm brings eight+ years of wholesome experience in public policy - one year in policy research and two years in data analytics and four+ years in governance consulting to GDi. Prior to GDi, she was working to transform governance in the domain of education. She has worked extensively on streamlining academic assessments and embedding remedial-based teaching and learning for 6 lakh students studying in 6th-8th grade in the state of Haryana. She has done extensive work in the life skills domain to measure impact of scalable pedagogical techniques of teaching life skills to Indian adolescents. Rhythm is a policy economist by training with a Master’s degree in Economics from Gokhale Institute of Public Policy and a PGP in policy design and management from Indian School of Public Policy.

Rithik has over 2 years of experience working with governments, philanthropies and other social sector organisations to solve large scale problems across education, employment and agriculture. Prior to GDi, he studied business administration at SSCBS, University of Delhi, where he dabbled into social entrepreneurship and had keen interest in economics. His internships at Deloitte and Nestle, along with involvement in several case competitions, fueled his passion for problem-solving.

Rijul is a strategist at heart, with experience across finance, technology, and market intelligence. He has worked with Morgan Stanley, FourCore, ION Trading, ZS Associates, Vault Capital, and Inscript, delivering projects in quantitative trading strategies, cybersecurity positioning, treasury SaaS solutions, and market research. His work spans building trend models in Python, leading SEBI CSCRF-aligned go-to-market plans, and creating CFO dashboards for Fortune 500 clients. Rijul holds an MBA from FMS Delhi and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Delhi Technological University, and is committed to driving innovation in India’s growth story.

Riya brings 2 years of grassroots work experience to the social impact sector. She has previously worked at welfare organisations that promote women and children's rights. In her career, she has interacted with beneficiaries at the grassroots level as well as conducted in-depth policy research. She has completed her undergraduate from Ashoka University and a PG Diploma in Journalism from Asian College of Journalism. She believes that real change lies at the intersection of good policy, understanding ground realities and telling impactful stories.

Saawrabh is a graduate in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, where he actively contributed to the Campus Placement Cell. During his time at college, he engaged in numerous case competitions and participated in social initiatives through the Social Service League. He has previously interned with the JSW Group. Saawrabh is passionate about applying fresh perspectives to stagnant challenges, aiming to create meaningful impact from within.

Sagar did his MBA, majoring in Strategy, Leadership, and Public Policy at ISB, where he led Artha, ISB’s Annual Finance Conclave. Among the several feathers in his cap, Sagar cleared UPSC Mains (2016) and secured AIR 95 in the Central Armed Police Forces (2017), qualifying as an Assistant Commandant. At Samagra, he worked with the Haryana CM’s Office, driving governance reforms through the Chief Minister's Good Governance Associates (CMGGA) Programme.

Saksham holds a B.Com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce and an MBA from IIM Kozhikode. Before GDi, he worked as a Product Manager at Gupshup, managing 20+ B2B SaaS clients. Sharvani holds a B.Tech in Biotechnology with a Minor in Applied and Computational Mathematics from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal. She combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for community engagement. During her time at NIT Warangal, Sharvani actively volunteered with the National Service Scheme (NSS), contributing to social initiatives and outreach programs.

Shricharan is a recent graduate in B.Com (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi. During his time at college, he actively participated in competitions and internships, gaining exposure to diverse domains such as venture capital and quick commerce. He also contributed to impactful social projects, reflecting his commitment to meaningful change. Passionate about the intersection of technology and impact, Shricharan aspires to leverage innovation and fresh perspectives to address complex challenges and create lasting value.

Shruti holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hindu College, Delhi, where she was actively involved in NSS and Enactus, marking the beginning of her journey in creating meaningful impact. With a diverse background spanning Strategy, Political Consulting, and Marketing across various sectors, she brings a broad range of expertise to the table. Driven by a passion for social change, she transitioned into the social impact space, aiming to create lasting transformations through data-driven insights and strategic interventions.

Simi has two years of experience in the impact space and has worked on promoting entrereneurship, child marriage and women's safety and other social issues at GDi. She holds a degree in B.Com (Hons) from SRCC. In college, she actively promoted financial literacy and economic empowerment through various campus initiatives.

Sunny is a seasoned public policy and governance professional with extensive experience in consulting, program management, and data-driven policy interventions. Before GDi, he has worked with leading organizations including The World Bank, Samagra Governance, The Government of Andhra Pradesh and Air Pollution Action Group, delivering impactful solutions in governance and sustainability. Sunny holds advanced degrees in Public Policy and Data Analytics, coupled with an engineering background, enabling him to blend technical expertise with strategic policy insights to drive lasting change.

Tejal, a Commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, blends leadership, strategy, and storytelling to create impact. As head of the National Service Scheme and TEDx SRCC, she drove initiatives that fostered dialogue and mobilized communities. Her internships at Invest India and IIFL Securities span policy, finance, and grassroots engagement. Passionate about people’s stories and the power of change, Tejal works to connect ideas with action, turning insight into transformation that endures.

Tia is a graduate of Ashoka University, holding a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics and minors in Entrepreneurship and Media Studies. Previous experiences include working as a Project Management intern and business lead for a Gurgaon-based start-up, the public healthcare vertical of Deloitte and most recently research and data analysis with UEMI. She worked on data solutions for healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic as a part of a project within her own startup, creating the largest nationwide COVID-19 resources database with live updates during the second wave in 2021, a 24/7 helpline and leading a team of 150+ volunteers for the same.

Umang brings 9+ years of experience in technology and social impact consulting to GDi. Previously, he worked at Samagra, where he was leading Samarth, a systemic education transformation programs with Government of Himachal Pradesh, impacting over 8 lakh students across 15,000 schools. His strength is working at the intersection of tech and governance, designing govtech solutions, and driving their adoption at-scale, such as NIPUN Lakshya App (UP & HP) and e-Samwad app (HP). Prior to his transition to Governance Consulting, Umang was working as a Senior Software Engineer at CaaStle and Paytm. Umang holds a Bachelor's in Information Technology from Punjab Engineering College, blending his technical expertise with a passion for governance transformation to create lasting impact.

Uthranarayan spent ten years as an engineering professor, teaching and mentoring students. He's also a PhD holder, with a strong foundation in systems thinking and structured problem-solving. Over time, he felt the urge to solve challenges beyond the classroom, which led him to pursue an MBA at XLRI and eventually work in consulting. He enjoys building systems, working on complex problems, and bringing clarity to ambiguity.

Vansh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from SRCC and has interned with YCP Solidiance, PE Pro Partners, and Takshashila Consulting. In college, he led 20+ volunteers at Vittshala to raise funds for financial literacy initiatives and founded Allageis Consulting to support early-stage startups. At GDi, he has worked across diverse, high-impact projects ranging from improving air quality to enhancing women’s safety and driving cooperative-led FMCG growth. At his core, Vansh is driven by a simple goal: to solve real governance challenges and help build a better India.

Vijay brings forth a passion for rural management, sustainability, equity, a growing belief in public systems and a desire to contribute meaningfully to systemic change. Vijay’s journey spans the intersections of supply chains, governance, and grassroots development. Prior to GDi, during his stints at Zomato Hyperpure and Ninjacart, he worked on streamlining supply chain systems to create value for both the organizations and end users. His time at the Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC), where he led election campaigns in Tamil Nadu and Goa, deepened his understanding of political landscape, grassroots dynamics and governance. He holds a postgraduate degree in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA).

Yashwanth brings a unique blend of technical expertise, program management, and consulting experience to drive impactful solutions. Before joining GDi, he worked with BAIF and the Government of Andhra Pradesh. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, an M.Tech from IIT Bombay, and an MBA from Masters Union.
