Transforming education through technology and governance towards better learning outcomes for all students in public schools

The ASER survey of 2024 states that almost 50% of the students graduating from Grade 5 cannot read a simple text.

India’s education system faces challenges of unequal access, poor learning outcomes, and inadequate infrastructure. Gaps in teaching quality, digital access, and governance hinder children’s holistic learning.

Our interventions in the sector work to tackle these issues.

Learning-Focused Teaching
Improving learning outcomes through outcome-based teaching, activity-led classroom enrichment, blended digital tools, better assessments, and remedial learning.
Career Development Services
Enhancing student outcomes through structured career counselling and targeted coaching to prepare for higher education and entrance examinations.
Teacher Strengthening
Strengthening District Institutes of Education and Training, streamlining teacher recruitment, enhancing training, easing admin load, and boosting recognition.
Administrative Strengthening
Improving administration through timely textbook delivery, transparent teacher transfers, data-driven decisions and a streamlined school calendar for teaching continuity.
Infrastructure Enablement
Enhancing education quality by upgrading infrastructure and rationalising schools to ensure optimal student–teacher ratios and efficient resource use.
Community Participation
Enhancing community engagement through political participation in education reforms, monthly PTMs, enrolment drives, parent data sharing, and stronger SMC practices.

By 2035, we envision quality learning for students in government schools to bridge learning gaps, where 90% students are grade-level competent.
