India spends almost 25 lakh crores (~$300B) annually as a part of social sector spending yet 15% of its total population is facing multi-dimensional poverty, reflecting deep gaps in the reach and effectiveness of government-to-citizen (G2C) services.
This gap is driven by both: citizen-level challenges including low awareness, complex application processes, documentation barriers and system-level challenges such as inefficient targeting, manual and slow verification, frauds and leakages and weak benefit tracking.
Our interventions in the sector work to tackle these issues.

By 2030, we envision every eligible individual/family receiving their welfare entitlements through easy, efficient & proactive delivery mechanisms - reducing exposure to economic shocks, improving wellbeing, and enabling long-term upward mobility.
