Job Role

As an associate consultant, you will work in a team of 3-5 consultants to play an active role in all aspects of outcome delivery. In this client-facing role, you will regularly engage with senior leaders across political, bureaucratic, and philanthropic arenas, enhancing your leadership acumen and broadening your professional connections.

Typically, you will work on:

1. Diagnosing complex challenges by breaking down the problem statement and analysing data sets to identify gaps and design effective solutions.

2. Brainstorming with your team and partners to problem-solve, plan, and decide on the deliverables and next steps.

3. Participating in field visits and interacting with partners/beneficiaries to gain first-hand insights and understanding of their needs.

4. Managing stakeholders by attending meetings, discussing progress, and aligning program objectives and next steps with them.

5. Engaging in organisation-building activities and leading new initiatives within the organisation.

6. Supporting the implementation of large-scale government initiatives impacting crores of lives.

Senior Associate Consultant

Education

The candidate should have completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Work experience

Candidates having 1-3 years of work experience are welcome to apply. Previous work experience is not a limiting factor for this position.

As a senior associate consultant, you will work in a team of 3-5 consultants to play an active role in all aspects of outcome delivery. In this client-facing role, you will regularly engage with senior leaders across political, bureaucratic, and philanthropic arenas, enhancing your leadership acumen and broadening your professional connections. You will get a high degree of ownership of your work to identify the problem (diagnosis), strategize the solutions (design) and support the implementation (execution).

Typically, you will work on:

1. Diagnosing complex challenges by breaking down the problem statement and analysing data sets to identify gaps and design effective solutions.

2. Brainstorming with your team and partners to problem-solve, plan, and decide on the deliverables and next steps.

3. Participating in field visits and interacting with partners/beneficiaries to gain first-hand insights and understanding of their needs.

4. Managing stakeholders by attending meetings, discussing progress, and aligning program objectives and next steps with them.

5. Engaging in organisation-building activities and leading new initiatives within the organisation.

6. Supporting the implementation of large-scale government initiatives impacting crores of lives.

7. Senior consultants will also get an opportunity to take on program management roles or lead a team of 2-3 members.

Manager

Education

The candidate should have completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Work experience

Candidates having 6 or more years of work experience are welcome to apply. Previous experience in leading teams to deliver outcomes will be preferred for this position.

Job Role

As a Manager, you will lead a team of 3-5 consultants to manage a project end-to-end, thereby playing an active role in all aspects of outcomes delivery, client engagement, and professional development of your team. In this client-facing role, you will regularly engage with senior leaders across political, bureaucratic, and philanthropic arenas, enhancing your leadership acumen and broadening your professional connections. You will get a high degree of ownership of your work to identify the problem (diagnosis), strategize the solutions (design), and support the implementation (execution).

Typically, you will work on:

1. Diagnosing complex challenges by breaking down the problem statement and analysing data sets to identify gaps and design effective solutions.

2. Brainstorming with your team and partners to problem-solve, plan, and decide on the deliverables and next steps.
