Job Role
As an associate consultant, you will work in a team of 3-5 consultants to play an active role in all aspects of outcome delivery. Typically, you will work on:
1. Diagnosing complex challenges by breaking down the problem statement and analysing data sets to identify gaps and design effective solutions.

3. Participating in field visits and interacting with partners/beneficiaries to gain first-hand insights and understanding of their needs.
4. Managing stakeholders by attending meetings, discussing progress, and aligning program objectives and next steps with them.

6. Supporting the implementation of large-scale government initiatives impacting crores of lives.
