Developed real-time dashboards for officials and simplified versions for farmers (AM-PIS), piloted with ~40,000 farmers across five districts through WhatsApp and AMA Krushi calls.
Drove Transparency in Fisheries with F-PIS: Farm-Gate Prices
Designed F-PIS to provide farm-gate prices, piloted in 16 markets with NFDB support, trained Sagar Mitras, and established WhatsApp/SMS reporting.
Strengthened Agri Value Chains through Diagnostics & Sector Missions
Conducted studies for fisheries, paddy, milk, arhar, brinjal, and sweet potato, and added missions for mushroom, floriculture, and spices to improve production, market linkages, and cold-chain facilities.
