Boosted stubble management solutions such as industrial boilers, CBG, biomass power, biochar, and pelletization through policy interventions, ecosystem mapping, and streamlined approvals.
Implemented In-Situ Initiatives
Rationalized the Crop Residue Management (CRM) scheme by optimizing stubble-management machine distribution and improving utilization through IEC activities.
Review and Monitoring
Strengthened stubble management through Chief Secretary-level reviews, interdepartmental coordination, and departmental capacity building with technical and data support.
Implemented NCAP
Supported non-attainment cities in Punjab to effectively use funds for air quality improvement, acting as strategy and technology partner.
